In our Telerik Platform account, the starter pack for Analytics mentions - 100 unique devices per month. Where as I got the mail saying "Accepted
161 installations, limit is 100.
". Request your clarification:
1. Are you limiting the Starter pack to - 100 Unique Devices (in which case we have hardly tested on about 14-16 unique devices).. or is the limit placed on No. of installations? Please clarify.
2. From our account, under subscription option, we are not able to buy the upgrade small pack on monthly subscription it displays only the annual subscription, can you please enable the monthly subscription.
